We can connect different carriers together and bond diverse circuit types to gain bandwidth. We can install circuits for short term events nationwide. Our Fremont County microwave broadband network provides Internet where cable and DSL does not reach.

FiOS

FiOS is a trademark of Verizon and refers to the Verizon fiber optic network designed to bring fiber to residential and business users. Frontier is licensed to use the trademark in six states. FiOS is not a dedicated circuit to the end user, rather each user rides the same fiber back to the central office routers.

Fixed Microwave

Commercial microwave broadband is like wireless fiber between a fixed ground based tower and your location. It is not satelitte. It is not cellular. It is not wi-fi. It is secure. It uses custom code that can not be seen by anyone with a wi-fi device. It is fast and can provide service where there is no wired or fiber solutions. And it can be implemented usually in a few days.

FIBER

The current best transport available next to microwave. Multi-gigabyte bandwidth. HIghly secure configurations. Direct dedicated strans back to the carrier central offrice. Pricey compared to shared access. Can take weeks to months to bring to business locations and is not a service for use by residential users (Use FiOS if available).

CABLE

Cable Internet runs over coax, not fiber or CAT5/6. It has had major improvements but remain asynchronous (download is faster than upload) and remains a shared circuit along its path back to the head-end. So there can be degraded sppeds during peak use. Download speeds have risen with the new DOCSIS3 environment and users are able to get Giga Byte bandwidth at very reasonble cost.
